Regardless of whether you are a newbie or a fitness pro our workouts are all specifically designed by Elite Performance Coach, Tamara Kennedy, for all fitness levels to deliver real results and get you fit and feeling amazing.

Workouts vary each week from a mix of HIIT sessions, running intervals, strength based, to core workouts, and mat pilates style.

All workouts can be adapted to be done at home or outdoors, with little to no equipment or at a gym with added weight. The choice is absolutely yours.

Tamara has been working hard to create epic workouts so that everyone has access to be able to be their best selves.

Whether you choose to do 3 x 30 min, or 5 x 45 min workouts a week, you are in the best hands, as Tamara is there every step of the way with you.

With an extensive rehab background, Tamara will work with you to combat any concerns you have to tailor each workout for you. I.e If impact exercises (like jumping) don't work the best for your body type. There is an alternative for every exercise so you can still give your best!
